1.3 If, After Reviewing These Terms, You Wish To Discontinue Your Membership With Empress Spa PTY LTD, You Have The Option To Cancel During The Cooling-Off Period, As Outlined In Clause 25.

2.1 YOUR PHYSICAL CONDITION

• Accurate Health And Fitness Information Is Crucial. Disclose Relevant Information Both Before And During Your Exercise Program.
• Provide True And Accurate Health Information, And Refrain From Using Facilities If You Pose A Risk To Yourself Or Others.
• Notify Us Of Any Changes To Your Health Or Medical Conditions Promptly.
• If You Use Facilities Before Disclosing Health Information, You Affirm You Are In Good Physical Condition. We Reserve The Right To Cancel Membership If Evidence Of Fitness Is Not Provided.

2.2 PROPER USE OF EQUIPMENT

• Attend An Instructional Consultation Before Using Facilities.
• Use Equipment / Spa / Sauna / Pedicure Chairs Appropriately And Safely. Seek Guidance If Unsure.

2.3 WE CAN REFUSE ENTRY

We Reserve The Right To Refuse Entry Or Cancel Membership For Inappropriate Behavior, Damage To Facilities, Or Illegal Substance Use.

Compliance With Staff Directions Is Mandatory For Health And Safety.

3.0 RESPONSIBILITY FOR MEMBERS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE

3.1 Individuals Under 18 Require Parental Or Guardian Consent To Enter Into A Membership Agreement. The Parent Or Guardian Assumes Full Financial Responsibility For The Membership.

3.2 By Entering Into This Agreement On Behalf Of A Minor, The Parent Or Guardian Ensures The Minor’s Safe Participation And Agrees To Keep Empress Spa PTY LTD And Empress Spa Clubs Harmless From Any Claims.

3.3 Minors With 24 Hour And After Hours Access Must Be Accompanied By A Qualified Adult Empress Spa VIP Member.
