By engaging with our services, you are entering into a wellness journey crafted to meet the unique needs of women. These Pre-Sale Terms and Conditions outline your rights, obligations, and the rules we follow to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our members.

1.0 Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) are an integral part of your membership agreement with Empress Spa PTY LTD. They apply to your participation in all wellness and beauty services provided by Empress Spa.

1.2. By purchasing any services or membership, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms.

1.3. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services and notify us before proceeding with any bookings or memberships.

1.4. Membership benefits and access to our facilities commence from the official opening of Empress Spa. Your payment made today will secure your membership and become active from the date of the official opening. The first Empress Spa location is in Epping, Victoria.

1.5. All members’ details will be securely stored in Empress Spa’s new Subscription Platform, available exclusively to Empress Spa Members. Upon the official opening, members will be able to use this platform to book their services in advance and manage their appointments.

2.0 Health and Safety

The health, safety, and well-being of our members are of utmost importance. This section outlines your responsibilities to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience at Empress Spa.

2.1. Your Physical Condition

• You must provide accurate health and fitness information before engaging in any activities or services.
• If you have any medical conditions or health concerns that could impact your ability to participate in our services, you must notify us promptly.
• By using our facilities, you affirm that you are in a suitable physical condition to do so. We reserve the right to cancel membership if we determine that sufficient evidence of fitness is not provided.

2.2. Proper Use of Equipment

• Attend a brief instructional session before using spa facilities to ensure the safe and appropriate use of all equipment (e.g., spa, sauna, massage chairs).
• Always use our equipment with care. If you are unsure about how to operate any facility or equipment, please consult a staff member for guidance.

2.3. Right to Refuse Entry

• Empress Spa reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel membership if a member engages in inappropriate behavior, causes damage to facilities, or is involved in illegal substance use.

2.4. Follow Staff Instructions

• For your safety and the safety of others, you must comply with all directions and instructions provided by our staff.

3.0 Minors’ Membership

3.1. Membership for individuals under 18 years of age requires the consent of a parent or guardian, who assumes full responsibility for the membership.

3.2. The parent or guardian entering into this agreement on behalf of a minor ensures the minor’s safe participation and agrees to hold Empress Spa PTY LTD harmless from any claims related to the minor’s participation.

3.3. Minors must be accompanied by a qualified adult Empress Spa VIP member while using the facilities.

4.0 Empress Spa Policy

By purchasing a membership or engaging with Empress Spa services, you agree to adhere to all Empress Spa policies designed to maintain a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for all members.
